Our trading partners are currently trading in excess of €238 million per tranche twice monthly which yields investors returns of 1.5% per month.
Our
Strategy

Gold Bullion Ventures’ strategy
Is to acquire gold in line with an existing gold trading operation, which has been in existence since 2019, to give an immediate uplift and profit margin.

A London-based Company
The business is a London Based company with strong relationships including networks across the Gulf region, West Africa, and West Europe. This has created the opportunity to enter a gold trading operation where gold purchases are made from large-scale miners in West Africa at competitive prices, for sale directly to refineries in the UAE at substantial margins.
Our
Timeline Process
Trading Agreement
Our trading partner locates active supply chains and locks in a contract for a minimum term of 12 months via an FSPA (Forward Sales & Purchase Agreement).
Mining & Transport
Once the gold is mined and extracted, it is assayed by the PMMC appointed refinery, who are the authorised governing body in West Africa. The commodity is then securely transported to the local airport where the 22 carat gold bars are securely packaged and sealed by Emirates Sky Cargo. An Air Waybill is received, and our product is transported to the global partner’s LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) approved & licenced refinery in the UAE. This transaction is completed via a legally binding contract with the carrier. As an added security layer to protect investor capital, funds are ring-fenced and held securely at the licensed entity’s separate bank account. Funds are only released to the mine once the gold has been refined, certified and assayed, and finally, after Emirates have issued the Air Waybill.
Verification
Upon delivery at Dubai airport, a representative from the LBMA approved and licensed refinery collects the cargo and handles the carriage, customs and clearance. The cargo is sent for further refining and smelting, and for the final assay, which verifies the quantity and purity levels. A related assay report is produced.
Refinement
As above, the gold undergoes a secondary refining process before it is re-assayed. The purpose of this is to remove any remaining impurities. It is then certified at the preferred partner’s approved & licenced refinery to confirm the gold is of bullion standard (99.995% pure gold and 24 carat). Upon completion of LBMA hallmarking, the refinery purchases the end product at the LBMA spot price per tranche. All certification, assaying and refining of gold is met by strict guidelines of the LBMA, and the sales proceeds are sent to the licensed entity only once this process has been completed.
Sale
The gold bullion is sold to the end buyer for an immediate profit and we aim to complete 1-2 tranches per month through our trading partner, thus maximising profits over a 30-day timeframe.
Strategy
The main purpose of raising finance through the Loan Note is to expand the gold trading activity and maximise the economies of scale by utilising industry connections at the top of the supply chain. The new funding also helps enhance the position in the gold market and to progress the gold project opportunity.
Partners
We work with trusted, certified and LBMA-approved partners. Their role ensures secure, verified transactions from mine to sale, protecting investor capital and enabling consistent monthly profits.
